Step-by-Step ED Visa Application Process
1. Submit Your Inquiry & Get a Free Quote

2. Receive the Application Package via Email
- Once you are ready, our team will email you the formal application forms along with a detailed checklist of required documents (e.g., passport copy, passport-sized photos).
3. Mail Your Signed Originals Back to Us
- Complete and sign all physical documents, then mail them back to our school via international courier (tracked services like DHL or FedEx are highly recommended).
4. Ministry of Education (MOE) Processing
Upon receiving your paperwork, we will officially submit your application to the Thai Ministry of Education to secure your formal Letter of Approval. (This step takes approx. 10-14 business days).
5. Get Your Official Visa Documents via Post
- Once approved, we will courier the original MOE approval letters directly to your home country. You will then use these documents to apply for your ED Visa at your local Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate (or via the online e-Visa system).
6. Ministry of Education (MOE) Processing
Collect your approved student visa from the embassy and prepare for your journey to Thailand! (Please ensure you enter the country before the visa’s expiration date).
